  • 12 hours, or 6 hours shift sharing positions available
Shifts Available:
  • Day Shift: 6:30 am-7:00 pm
  • Night Shift: 6:30 pm - 7:00 am

Pay:

  • $16.00 - $19.25/hour based on experience
    • Plus $3.00/hour shift differential for PM shift

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with physicians and other interdisciplinary team members to develop, implement and manage resident-driven care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by Medical Director or Resident physician
  • Provide direct leadership, supervision, and support to RA’s and STNA’s
  • Document pertinent information following established clinical policies and procedures
  • Effectively communicates with residents, family members, and co-workers
  • Protects the health and safety of residents
Qualifications:
  • Must have an active STNA registration in the state of Ohio
  • Current Instructor-Led CPR Certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)
  • Previous experience in long-term care/geriatrics preferred.
  • Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
  • A positive attitude and passion for working with older adults
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work every 3rd weekend and holidays.
  • This direct care position requires COVID-19 vaccination, or religious or medical exemptions accepted. All applicants who would like to be vaccinated will be provided resources to become fully vaccinated.
