Responsibilities

• Provide direct care in accordance with care plans
• Provides for residents Activities of Daily Living (ADL) including personal hygiene, elimination, comfort and safety, ambulation, lifting, skin care, nutrition, and hydration
• Maintains resident's rooms, work areas/equipment in a clean, sanitary and safe manner and follows established infection control/standard precautions, reporting all hazardous conditions to the Charge Nurse immediately
• Reports all concerns and complaints voiced or shared by residents, or family members
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition and make independent decisions when warranted
• Follow work assignments, and/or work schedules in completing and performing your assigned tasks
• Accompany residents, as needed to various activity and functions

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem, PRN

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
