Full time & Part time positions available for cake decorator/Shift Leaders and crew members at Cold Stone Creamery Ice cream store in Dulles, Va ( Sterling).Applicants must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills on cake decoration, The ability to take direction and joyful attitudes to gain hiring consideration.
Responsibilities include - but no limit to - building and decorate the cakes, maintaining food safety standards, ensuring product quality, serving ice cream, cleaning work station & store.
Our team members learn to prepare amazing ice creams, cakes, cookies, waffles and cup cakes all in a fun and friendly environment. Paid training & Uniform Provided.
Employees typically receive free Ice cream & significant discounts on menu items while employed. Other benefits includes Pay raise, certification/ licensing fee reimbursement vary by position and performance.
