Burke Cleaners is hiring for Sore Manager in Muscatine.

NO LATE NIGHTS! NO LONG WEEKENDS! CLOSED ON HOLIDAYS!

This is a drop off and pick up location in Muscatine.

35 to 40 hours a week. Store hours are 9am to 6pm Monday - Friday and 9am to noon on Saturday. Closed Sunday. There is flexibility in the schedule.

Required:

• 18 years of age
• Previous Management / Supervisory experience
• Scheduling experience
• Interviewing
• Train, guide and and build a cohesive team.
• Excellent customer service skills / previous work with the public
• Basic computer skills
• Previous cash handling / deposit experience
• Able to lift a minimum east 10 lb
• Can stand on your feet for at least four hours and able to bend
• Reliable transportation

Duties:

• Write schedules within assigned labor budget
• Lead and create a cohesive team
• Interview potential candidates and aid in the hiring process
• Monthly inventory
• Daily and weekly deposits for the dry-cleaning and laundromat
• Training of new team members
• Assemble and rack completed dry cleaning orders
• Wait on dry-cleaning customers - check in orders and hand out orders through the computer.
• Help customers with problems and solve whenever possible
• Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
