We are currently looking for an experienced Store Manager to help us manage all aspects of our store. You will be in charge of increasing sales and improving the store’s image. As a Store Manager, you should be proficient in both customer service and leadership to lead your team members. You will be responsible for supervising store operations and monitoring inventory levels. You should be highly motivated, detail-oriented and enjoy managing people as a team. Because you will be responsible for directing the overall store performance and leading cross-functional teams, excellent communication skills are essential. We want our employees to feel at home at our establishment, so your leadership skills should help create a harmonious work environment. Liscensed Cosmetologist or a retail expert with a strong love of the Cosmotology Industry.

Responsibilities:

• Implement local marketing and sales strategy.
• Manage daily operations to ensure excellent customer service and brand standards (e.g. staff training, product handling, etc.).
• Assign tasks to specific employees and review their performance.
• Ensure that employees are properly trained and aware of store safety measures.
• Organize and assign daily tasks (e.g. clean the store, restock products).
• Maintain good relationships with customers and vendors and establish good rapport with them by greeting them on a regular basis.
• Handle customer disputes professionally and with tact.
• Create goals for business growth, sales and profits for the store in coordination with regional teams.
• Use technology tools to monitor operations (e.g. inventory software).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $39,000.00 per year
