Job description

We are seeking a store manager for our Carlyle Napa store. We are a privately owned group of Napa stores in Illinois. We have a strong team in Carlyle who just need a good business leader. Salary for this position will be competitive based on the successful applicants experience and skill set. This is one of our top performing stores and we need a manager who can manage up to 10 employees in a high volume commercial and retail environment. A typical work week in this position will be Monday through Friday, every other Saturday, and 1 Sunday per month. As in most management positions this schedule will change based upon the needs of the store. Previous automotive experience is a plus, but not required.
