We are looking for a purpose aligned and experienced retail professional to join us as Store Manager. The person who joins us as Store Manager will be pivotal in helping us succeed by hiring and training their retail team, merchandizing their store, managing all daily tasks to ensure their store run smoothly, and much more.   • Champion our mission and message in everything you do - both customer-facing and within your ManyMoons store team
  • Be a brand ambassador both in and outside your store, including managing sustainable practices when inside the store

What You'll Do

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

  • Create an industry-leading, welcoming experience for our customers
  • Follow and challenge your team to follow all service and experience standards
  • In partnership with brand team host in-store customer events
  • Gather and communicate customer feedback on all aspects of the business
  • Be educated on the competitors in your market - communicate important information to your manager

TEAM LEADER

  • Manage staffing and hiring for their location
  • Manage store schedule to ensure proper coverage at all times
  • Hold your team accountable to listed goals, targets, and upholding company values
  • Be available to attend any broader team meetings with the company

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

  • Train staff on operational processes including but not limited to:
    • The circular economy, POS, product/brand, customer experience, service & selling, etc…
  • On-boarding/training of new hires

OPERATIONS

  • Store opening and closing procedures
  • POS management and processes
  • Inventory Management
  • Follow security and loss prevention protocols
  • Key contact with mall/site management - represent our brand - communicate with ManyMoons leadership any changes to mall hours or upcoming events that affect our business
  • Manage store level sustainability including, but not limited to, proper recycling and composting protocols—and clearly communicating areas of improvement in our store and inventory process to appropriate stakeholders when necessary.

VISUAL MERCHANDISING & STORE STANDARDS

  • Salesfloor maintenance - keeping things neat and set to standards
  • Visual merchandising - daily upkeep of sales floor and display windows - following guidelines provided by the creative team
  • Stockroom maintenance - includes lifting freight, organizing stock, and keeping employee areas well maintained
  • Maintain store standards for cleanliness and maintenance of the space - daily vacuuming and dusting of the store, bathroom, etc…. (create a schedule to share responsibilities with the team)

You will have a ton of fun doing tasks undoubtedly outside of this job description, while we continue to build & expand ManyMoons!
