About Your New Employer:
A well-established food retail store East of Macroom is looking for a supervisor to join their team.
This is a full time perm role.
This is ideal for someone who has a proven track record in providing quality customer service, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow their career in grocery retail.
About Your New Job:
- Providing top quality customer service
- Maintaining high quality shop floor presentation and merchandising
- Training and supervising store team to achieve goals
- Keeping on top of stock management and ordering
- Ensuring store meets health and safety procedures
- Completing relevant paperwork and admin duties when required – compiling rota’s etc.
The Skills/Experience Needed:
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in supervisor role
- Experience in grocery retail environment
- Demonstrate a desire to grow and undertake additional responsibility
What’s On offer:
- Salary DOE starting at €27k
- Full time perm role
