Overview

The Store Technology Manager role provides focused expert leadership and direction for our store’s technology and implementation management. Position will be responsible coordinating with various business, hardware, and application teams for the analysis and deployment of related technologies necessary to maintain stability and reliability of store systems.

Accountable to the Business Project Sponsor(s) to produce deliverables within agreed timelines and budgetary requirements. Responsible for understanding overall business objectives, and managing project goals, risks, technical and resource requirements to support those objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide operational guidance and leadership necessary to implement required strategies
• Manage service delivery for business partners and provide day to day operational guidance
• Act as the link between a variety of implementations, customers, and resources
• Recommend solutions to problems and cost-effective strategies for customers
• Partner with team members to ensure project milestones are met and delivered on time
• Design and execute techniques to enhance productivity and efficiency while reducing unnecessary risk and cost overruns

Experience:

• Senior leadership role in mid/large sized retail organization
• Knowledge of multiple retail or business support disciplines
• Extensive management experience with 5+ associates
• Fiscal responsibility for budgets in excess of $5+ million
• Proven ability to drive the “Customer Experience” and continuously deliver key results
• Operational, technical, and strong management expertise

Education:

B.S. Degree in related field and/or 10+ years’ technical management experience
