About the role
The Accessible Luxury Portfolio (Roe & Co, Tanqueray and Kettle One) has been identified as one of the key priorities for the IOI business and a pillar in DIAGEO, with a key role for elevating the band and category. This is your opportunity to drive consumer advocacy, build equity and support the delivery of the brand/category direction and performance across the Irish Off trade.
You will report to the Head of Customer Marketing, with direct responsibility for the Accessible Luxury portfolio in most influential channel within IOI. You'll be focused on driving the agenda with our key customers, ensuring the triple win at the point of purchase, and driving excellence through brand activation, customer engagement and distribution while shaping the long-term spirit strategy for THT.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Deliver outstanding, efficient and breakthrough Customer Marketing Plans to continue accelerating the Accessible luxury portfolio ambitions within the IOI Take Home Trade
- In conjunction with the brand teams identify, develop, and lead excellent customer marketing activities
- Develop experiential marketing campaigns that are best in class
About you
You have a passion for spirits, think creatively and would relish the opportunity and autonomy to lead a growth agenda where you will leave a real legacy working entrepreneurially with global brands.
- 6+ years’ experience in a commercial/customer marketing role in the FMCG/Luxury business
- An ambitious outlook on all new information, with high standards for the credibility and value of data coupled with a proactive growth mindset
- Excellent facilitation skills –able to advise a team to unlock creative solutions to customer and consumer issues
- Can build powerful relationships and work collaboratively within a team
- Strong influencing skills
- Strong commercial drive and commercial curiosity
