Job Overview

Provides support to Deaconess Health System and all facilities owned and affiliated to provide strategic support and planning services to the Health System. Report market data, support strategic goals, participate in various hospital and system strategic planning and development, ongoing involvement in strategic groups to ensure ongoing results related to the strategic plan of the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Supports the manager of strategy and CSO in working with the System and Hospitals Board of Directors, Medical Staff, Clinical Managers, and Directors in developing, reviewing, revising, and monitoring strategy
Investigates and identifies key opportunities for growth for Deaconess Health System, service lines, COEs, affiliates, and ventures
Researches and recommends areas of opportunity for market growth to be considered in the strategic planning process
Maintains relationships and an up-to-date working knowledge of the DHS departments and their respective leaders so as to easily call on them for help in developing strategic initiatives with strategic partners.

What You Will Need

Bachelor’s degree, healthcare related experience or MHA preferred.

Three years' of relevant data analytics experience within the healthcare industry desired along with us of DA tools such as Tableau or other data visualization tools.
