Job Description

The opportunity

Strategy Lead role is an integral contributor to the team to define, champion, and drive goals in alignment to the organization's strategic objectives and client/customer needs, providing the right data and insights at the right time to help stakeholders solve challenging problems.

Responsibilities

• Identifies structure problems, analyze data and present complex findings in a clear, concise and decision-driven manner (30%)
• Perform research and analysis of industry trends, market positioning or competitive activity related to a component of an overall segment or function strategy. Conduct research on emerging trends, dig deeper into the analysis where appropriate, synthesize recommendations and understand impact on the business; Based on the research completed, recommend a course of action, or set of alternatives, to the Head of Strategy or relevant business partner for further discussion and ultimate decision. (30%)
• Act as a resource for insights for annual, quarterly and monthly management reporting deliverables. (20%)
• Serve as a thought leader to businesses and functions (20%)

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
