JOB DESCRIPTION DETAILS
- You must currently be enrolled in an accredited RN program.
- You must have successfully completed your first and second semester clinical rotations and entering your final year of your nursing program. Official transcripts will be required at the time of hire.
- You must provide two letters of recommendation from your clinical instructors.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license through the Maryland Board of Nursing, by time of hire
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers, by time of hire
- No experience outside of nursing school is necessary.

Maintains unit-specific and hospital competencies, mandatory learning, and any clinical certifications required in accordance with the Staff Education and Training policy GA-057 and/or any other department requirements.
- 36-40 hours per week, 12-hour shifts and three 4- hour program classes in addition to scheduled shifts. During the summer your schedule will mirror your clinical coach’s schedule excluding holidays.
- Maintain unit specific and hospital competencies in accordance with policy requirements
