SUMMARY:
The Account Manager (AM) plays a critical role in the successful creation of our 3D and CGI projects for our Studio Clients. The AM is the point person responsible for managing the successful build of digital media products and ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. The AM collaborates across internal departments to successfully deliver the agreed upon project scope for the end user, simultaneously juggling multiple projects with very detailed focus on the goals and objectives of each final product. An AM must have strong organizational skills and be able to work collaboratively with others, successfully managing the creation of each individual project component by our Production Teams. The AM communicates well and often with their fellow PM’s, Customer Success Team Members and Production Team Members at all levels, making sure to highlight any issues or problems as they arise to proactively communicate and work together to find solutions and produce stunning visualizations for our Clients.
The AM is a utility player who is relatable, trustworthy and comfortable taking initiative in their work. Leading candidates have 3D and/or CGI knowledge and some Digital Media or Agency experience. An AM remains focused on solutions-oriented thinking, and exhibits exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
WORK FROM HOME REQUIREMENTS:
- This is a fully remote position, with daily on-camera interaction via Microsoft Teams with the Customer Success Team and Clients.
- Digital tools and equipment needed for this position will be provided.
- Expectations for professionalism, attendance and dedicated work days are not minimized in our remote work environment.

KEY TASKS:
- Collaborates with Sales for new Client prospects and proposals
- Learn and adhere to predetermined Client standards/procedures etc.
- Communicate regularly with Clients, remaining accessible, available and responsive
- Establishes and nurtures sustainable relationships with Clients
- Creates proposals and Statements of Work for Clients
- Sets and manages realistic Client expectations of deadlines, QA and delivery
- Works with Production Team Members to manage the development and delivery of projects throughout their lifecycle
- Delivers clear and unambiguous instructions and Client feedback to Production Teams
KEY PERFORMANCE ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Grow accounts through employment of a consultative sales approach with Clients, when appropriate, to increase sales
- Ensure information is received in its entirety and is correct
- Maintain organization, thoroughness and accuracy for all project collateral
- Ensure deadlines are met and that the appropriate sense of urgency is conveyed to production
- Anticipate production/Client questions, needs & potential problems; develop solutions accordingly
- Break down projects into reasonable subsets of tasks and understands workflow in a creative productionized environment
- Discuss creative concepts through an experienced agency methodology to achieve Client vision, look and feel for custom work
- Manage project activities across all phases including: planning, mobilization, execution, milestones, QA and delivery.
- Work collaboratively with all team members for technical direction and approach to creative design and implementation, including identification of revisions vs. change orders.
- Make recommendations to Clients regarding schedules, trade-offs, & risks, resulting from prioritization and resource allocation input from Production.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- B.S. or B.A. degree in 3D, Business Administration, Management, Project Management, Marketing or related field preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in an Agency, Digital Media, CGI or Production environment preferred
- Microsoft Teams and/or Zoom Virtual Meeting Experience required
- 1+ Year of Remote Work Experience required
- Experience with Asana, Confluence and/or other similar project management applications a plus
REPORTS:
- This position reports to the Director of Customer Success
- This position has no direct reports
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- This position requires working at a computer, sitting or standing for long periods of time, in your own home office environment.
- Occasional meetings in person in our Tampa, FL office, Client locals or Tradeshow attendance may be required.
