Study Hall Associate
The Pekin Community School District is looking for a full time Study Hall Associate for the 2022-23 school year for our district (7-12) education program. This position will assist and supervise students in our study hall and structure a group of 25-60 students and maintain order by working with individual students or small groups.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to work successfully with students individually or in groups.
- Can structure a group of 25-60 kids and maintain order
- Check on students missing work
- Enforce school policies
- Establishes a supportive relationship with the student(s)
- Attends required meetings, participates fully, and provides feedback about the education of students.
- Understands and implements policies and procedures aligned with Pekin’s educational program.
- Develops and maintains an effective level of communication with appropriate personnel maintains confidentiality and completes necessary paperwork or reports required in the program.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Superintendent or Principal.
