Advance Employment is seeking multiple candidates to assist this summer for the Summer Youth Program! This is a wonderful opportunity for students who are attending college to pursue a career in teaching!
Job Type: Part-Time/Temporary
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7: 30am - 5pm (25 hours per week)
Pay Rate: $12.53 - $14.36/hour based on experience
Opportunity to return to work for future semesters!
Job Duties:
-Provide supervision of students from 2nd - 12th grade who are attending the Youth Program classes
Job Requirements:
2023 REFERRAL PROGRAM:
Advance applicants and employees are able to refer friends to join the team and earn $225 per person! You'll recieve$125 after your refferal works their first 40 hours. You'll receive an additional $100 once your referral is employed with us for 30 days. Refer just five people who successfully complete the program, that's $1, 125 in your pocket!

- Set up classroom before/after classes
- Provide youth supervision inside the classroom and during break time
- Provide appropriate youth supervision and professional manners
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Demonstrated ability to work well with youth
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings (including background check and drug screen)
