We are looking for the rare breed of construction folks who love to lead mentor and inspire others to do their best work. We are a rapidly evolving company with great culture and ethics. mWe would be on INC’s list but we don’t have time for that nonsense as we are too busy with our purpose of providing blue collar and middle class wealth through gainful employment. nWe will be launching in 10 cities in the next 5 years and are intend on adding 3-4 trucks to our fleet per city. The key to successful growth is the right leader in the field. The right gal or girl is not afraid to get muddy, is willing to get shoulder to shoulder when necessary but above all else is a leader and has a passion for seeing others do well. Most of our work is industrial and we prefer at least 2 years of construction experience but we encourage ALL passionate leaders to apply. We are a people first company, we know the dollars come after we take care of our own. We are different for a lot of reasons but primarily we are one of the few construction outfits that is NOT run by a tyrannical dictator. Give us a try. For our Veterans/reservists interested in the job, we are looking for a couple BA platoon sergeants or uniquely qualified fireteam leaders. Though the stakes are not quite the same we believe this role is one of the closest things to platoon leadership that exists in the civilian sector. Our supers are responsible for the successful deployments of 5-7 2-3 man teams every day. (We are searching nationwide and will need this role across the country in 2024. Our key need right now is local to Chicago but we are looking across the nation for construction professionals eager to be a part of something bigger than themselves. Relocation and travel compensation is budgeted accordingly.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
