SUPERMACS FAST FOOD ASSISTANT

SPAR Eastgate, an award-winning convenience retailer in Little Island has full-time and part-time positions available for SUPERMACS. Candidates must be highly motivated, driven, focused on customer service, enthusiastic and with a passion for food. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced food environment and will be responsible for the preparation and service of high-quality food products to customers.

Duties and responsibilities of the SUPERMACS sales assistant job will include but are not limited to:

• Ensuring that customer’s orders are served in a friendly and professional manner
• Prepare, cook and serve customer orders efficiently
• Consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness
• Ensure HACCP and Food Safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Full training in HACCP will be provided on Virtual Academy
• Support the management team in the day to day running of SUPERMACS.
• To set up, maintain, handover and close down a clean, safe and fully operational food business.
• Ensure the food preparation area and equipment is maintained and cleaned in-line with the Company Food Safety Policy.
• Ensure the highest level of customer service is afforded to our customers.
• Ensure that all customer queries are dealt with efficiently, professionally and in-line with store policy.
• Any other duties that may be assigned to you by store management.

The ideal candidate must be available Monday to Sunday from 11.00am - 21.30pm.
