Position Summary:

The Supervising Social Worker is a LCSW or LCSW-R who provides behavioral health services to patients at the Health Center’s community-based locations in Watertown. This position requires not only direct patient behavioral health services but clinical supervision including chart sign-off to some of the Health Center’s LMSWs. The Supervising Social Worker is involved in the evaluation and treatment of patients with behavioral health issues. The Social Worker provides input and support to staff involved in the care of the patients.

Qualifications:

The Social Worker MUST have a minimum degree of a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker – registered (LCSW-R) preferred. This position requires excellent verbal, listening, and documentation skills. Complete and accurate record keeping is essential for quality of care, treatment planning, and billing of behavioral health services. Prior clinical supervision experience is highly encouraged.
