Flip Burger is looking for shift supervisor to join team, located at 105 Portage Road Lewiston, NY 14092. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and develop employees
• Delegate tasks to team and provide follow-up
• Hold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed
• Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service
• Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met
• Ensure appropriate inventory and ordering systems are in place
• Follow proper food prep and cooking procedures
• Set up and break down workstation
• Mix, wash, peel, chop, grind, strain, slice meat and vegetables
• Label stock and inventory all ingredients
• Weigh and measure ingredients to be used
• Prepare food as per our recipes
• Properly receive delivery of supplies

Qualifications

• Big Smile, Positive Energy, Love working with people and in the kitchen
• Experience working in a BOH position
• 2 years’ experience as a manager is preferred, but not required
• Dedicated to working with a team towards one common goal
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
• Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused restaurant
• Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize

Members of our team, your compensation will include the following benefits:

• Base hourly rate starting at $18.00
• $1.94 per hour in food and drinks (FREE FOOD!)
• $1.00 per hour in tips (may vary by location, days and hours worked)
