FULL TIME SUPERVISOR - SCHUYLKILL COUNTY, PA
JusticeWorks is looking for a Full Time Supervisor immediately in Schuylkill County, PA. The qualified Supervisor will provide advanced leadership oversight to field staff to ensure quality of service delivery, as well as working collaboratively with stake holders and community partners.

The qualified Supervisor will have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in social work, criminal justice, psychology or a related field and two (2) years’ of relevant experience, preferred or
- High School diploma with four (4) years’ of relevant experience.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle.
- Pass current, applicable clearances.
- Pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.

The qualified Supervisor will:
- Conduct weekly individual supervision with each staff: case reviews, evaluation of employee performance related to program quality and service requirements.
- Assist and manage with performance management of field staff, including completing proper documentation and provide training as needed in areas of need.
- Assign referrals in accordance to program standards.
- Accompany field staff to meetings and/or court hearings as needed.
- Develop and maintain positive community and stakeholder collaboration.
- Transport clients utilizing personal vehicle, as necessary.
