We’re always growing our business which means we’re looking for Supervisors in our Killarney branch. We employ both full and part-time supervisors with flexible hours. We’re looking for people with lots of energy and get up and go, a positive attitude and a willingness to succeed.

You might already have experience working as a supervisor or manager in restaurants, hotels or retail role. Or perhaps you feel like you’ve progressed as far as you can in your current role and you think you’re ready to step into a supervisor role. We’ll provide you with the training and support to do a great job in whatever role is the right fit for you and there is great potential to move up to Assistant Manager, Store Manager and more.

As a member of our management team, you’ll be responsible for everything that happens in your store. This includes controlling all store costs and secure cash handling procedures. You’ll be responsible for supervising, leading and motivating your team. For starters, that means ensuring they’re fully trained to do their job, they have a clear schedule and, of course, they are always paid correctly and on time.

You’ll ensure your store is always set up for success. You’ll make sure Domino’s image and brand standards are always maintained and you’ll do everything you can to deliver outstanding quality, service, and store profitability through a fantastic team.

Ideally, candidates would have:

• Supervision or Management Experience
• Knowledge of Hygiene regulations,
• A desire to excel in customer service
• Candidates must be flexible in their availability on working hours
