Cadent Sourcing has partnered closely with a growing Irish Data Communications firm.

Due to recent success, the company is hiring a Supervisor for one of their Business Units primarily for for their projects in the Dublin area and its surrounds.

€23.50 an hour with €150 weekly lodge (tax and prsi free)

Responsibilities;

• Adhering to instruction from your Project Manager/ BU Manager and assist in the successful delivery of all projects.
• Take responsibility for the effective delivery of the project for the client by keeping both you and your colleagues safe.
• 23.5anage Foremen/Chargehands and Technicians, and ensure you are enabling them to meet their targets effectively.
• Ensure the clients’ interests and needs are met daily, and the project scope is managed and delivered within budget on all jobs.
• Allocate Project Lead and relevant manpower and manage daily for duration of project
• Be the point of contact with the client’s site representative from inception to end of project
• Manage the plant requirements for the project

Skills/Experience;

• Previous proven supervisory experience of projects and people is essential
• Proven strong communication and leadership skills
• Good IT skills which include Microsoft Office
• Possess a strong technical knowledge and ability
• Valid and in-date Safe Pass or equivalent
• Own transport is a requirement for this role

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €23.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dublin, County Dublin: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Work authorisation:

• Ireland (required)
