Job Description:

Position Summary

The Supply Chain Management – Mobile Enhancement Supply Chain Operations is responsible for ensuring product availability and to meet forecasted demand from the Sales accounts. Forecasts are generated via consensus calls with Sales Teams, Marketing Teams, and with the Operations Teams and tracked using spreadsheets, NERP, and Samsung Systems and Tools. The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for managing PSI of lower components necessary to custom build ME products. The Coordinator will provide max available-to-build QTY to account teams in order to maximize sell-in.

The Supply Chain Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for all RTF allocation for the ME product category at the Sales Subsidiary and will interact closely with all teams including ME Biz Ops, Category Management, and Product Management Team.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Developing, cross-checking, and communicating business output between ME Biz Ops and the counterparts. Main responsibility will be analyzing weekly Purchase Sales Inventory (PSI) to identify demand fluctuation by accounts & products, which may require weekly demand rolling guidance.
  • Manage system-based tools that provide real-time information regarding sales, order forecast, and channel inventory; extract data to conduct channel inventory analysis and reconciliation.
  • Provide daily/weekly updates of product arrival schedules from factories to execute weekly Purchase Order Confirmation.
  • Consolidating and publishing the weekly ATS reports, translating PSI using Return to Forecast (RTF) generated in the system into expected Goods Issue target volume.
  • Monitor inventory level on product levels across Sales Subsidiary to re-allocate EOH to prevent future aging INV.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent Analytical and Computer Skills

o High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Office Suite.
o SAP experience helpful.

  • Excellent Communications skills (written, verbal)

o Korean Language skills for working with Samsung Global Operations helpful
o Must be comfortable presenting to and promoting consensus-building with Senior Management level

  • Must be comfortable working in a multi-cultural business environment
  • Must be available to consistently work overtime and on every weekend

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour
