We are looking for a talented Supply Continuity Analyst to join our team specializing in purchasing for our Accelera by Cummins in Columbus, IN.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Executes buying strategies in accordance with agreed upon material buying plans, specifically focused on improving supplier overall performance and capacity ahead of demand.
• Collaborates with sourcing team for supplier process improvement while maintaining high quality product and/or service delivery.
• Analyzes purchasing initiatives and processes in support of the delivery of cost effective and high quality goods and services.
• Prepares and presents recommendations of improvement opportunities and alternative courses of action to senior purchasing leaders.
• Consistently applies sourcing policies, procedures and processes.
• Supports linkage between purchasing and manufacturing facilities and will serve as communication conduit between manufacturing and the suppliers.

Education, Licenses, Certifications

College, university or equivalent degree in a related business field such as supply chain management.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience

Minimal prior experience is required.

The CEP Supply Continuity Analyst for Accelera will ensure direct material supply continuity for the Accelera products manufactured at CEP including batteries and system kits. The scope includes quoting, purchasing material, and resolving part delivery issues. In addition, the Supply Continuity analyst will work on cost reduction and the implementation of design changes for current product.

Base salary range : $64,000 - $96,000

Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
