Job description
- Key Responsibly: to work & handle the 3 PL warehouse and Logistics
- Coordination with vendor to ensure on time order deliveries.
- Coordinate with warehouse team for Inbound and out bound deliveries.
- Checking Inventory
- Entering Orders in ERP system
- Monitor and collect data on current operations, including scheduling, warehousing and delivery
Qualification;
- Education – Bachelor Degree a must, Major with Supply Chain preferred
- 3+ years of experience working with 3 PL warehouse and logistics strongly preferred
- Sound judgment and ability to analyze situations and information
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or supply chain assistant.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Must have Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel a must and MS PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of SAP B1 is a plus
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
