Overview
We are currently looking for 3 Supply Chain Graduate’s to join our Supply Chain team on a 24month graduate program.
As a Supply Chain graduate, the successful candidate with work in rotation across a number of supply chain disciplines which include but are not limited to Customer Engagement, Supply Planning, Data & Analytics and New Product Commercialisation.
Responsibilities
Production Planning and Scheduling
§ Assist with MRP review including the creation and release of process orders on SAP in line with production plan for all manufacturing, filling and rework orders.
§ Support generation of production schedules.
Material Planning
§ Ensuring accurate response to MRP signal and work with suppliers and carriers driving efficient delivery of materials.
§ Proactively identify and escalate issues with end to end supply chain which will impact on customer service levels.
Customer Engagement
§ Process customer forecasts as per agreed schedule & ensure the forecast and orders are aligned correctly to drive the correct signal in SAP.
§ Manage customer orders from receipt through shipment and arrival at destination:
§ Order entry, review, and acknowledgement
§ Liaise with internal departments and external third parties to ensure on time delivery
§ Effective and consistent communication with customers on any changes to customer deliverables and complaint management
§ Preparation of shipment and export documentation include liaison with chamber of commerce/embassies as required
New Product Commercialisation / product life cycle management
Reporting & Analytics
§ Generation and publication of reports utilising SAP and Excel.
§ Analysis of data output and preparation of files for order fulfilment metrics, product freshness, excess and obsolescence, order Vs forecast deviations, change order, dashboards, material and capacity statistics.
§ Monitor and report on volumes as required within the business
§ Identify and resolve changes in demand pattern.
§ Co-ordination of data feedback to meet business timelines.
General management
§ Maintain planning master data as required
§ Work cross functionally with supply chain , procurement , quality and operations to achieve operating targets and drive issue resolution.
§ Engage in productivity and simplification agendas as required
Health and safety
§ A requirement of the role is that you must adhere to all PepsiCo Health & Safety Requirements

§ Excellent communication/interpersonal skills, both verbal and written;
§ Be capable of working effectively in a team environment
§ Ability to manage multiple, complex tasks, with strong attention to detail
§ Results orientated and commitment to achieving objectives; Ability to work on own initiative.
§ Excellent customer awareness and customer focus;
§ Third level qualification in Supply Chain or related discipline.
§ Proficient Computer skills: MS Office specifically MS Excel

§ Co-ordinate product life-cycle activities: Maintain the product portfolio for each customer, reflecting the product’s lifecycle status, relative uniqueness, and other key supply chain risk drivers
§ Work with CRM to facilitate the management of discontinuances process
§ Identify areas of opportunity which will improve the standard of customer service, or identify areas for cost savings to eliminate waste from the business.
