Position Summary:
The Record Warehouse Supply Chain Associate supports the organization with accurate inventory and management of required documents. This position will also help Facilities maintain and manage furniture and other hard goods and provide recommendations for reallocation.

CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS
High-Reach Forklift certification required within 30 days of start in position.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Requires one year of experience in Carle Storeroom
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically challenging environment; capable of meeting deadlines; possess high level of customer service and professionalism; effective oral and written communication skills; strong attention to detail
Essential Functions:
- ?Accurately check-in incoming records
- Accurately inputs data into record keeping inventory system for proper tracking
- Safely stock records on pallets using a high-reach forklift
- Retrieve documents from bin location as needed
- Monitor purge dates and work with external vendor to shred expired documents
- Provide recommendations for Facilities Project Managers to re-use existing furniture and other hard goods taken from other projects
