Essential Functions and Responsibilities

The Supply Chain Services Manager reports to the hospital Chief Operations Officer and provides skilled leadership in all areas of Supply Chain / Materials Management systems, logistics, and delivery services. The SCS Manager oversees supply cost analysis and seeks supply cost reductions. The SCS Manager manages staff, purchasing, supply distribution, receiving and maintains excellence in budgetary management, house-wide inventory management, operational procedures, and is constantly engaged in process improvement. The SCS Manager provides quality customer service to facility departments, physicians, patients, and staff. The SCS Manager must be strongly motivated to meet deadlines, provide proactive interaction, engage in facility and executive initiatives, and offer strong decision-making skills. The Manager must maintain a high degree of accuracy in job performance of a variety of roles and responsibilities. The Manager must offer proficiency in computer-based programs as a routine operational resource. The Manager serves as a consistent, reliable, and visible leader in the hospital.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has supervisory responsibilities. The SCS Manager oversees all Supply Chain personnel.
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s Degree, preferred

2. 5-8 years of experience in healthcare / hospital environment Supply Chain Management

3. Certificates, Licenses and Registrations: None required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift

• Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
