Supply Chain Systems Manager II
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, Supply Chain Systems Manager II, are to:
- Execute the end-to-end systems strategy and communication with Information Technology, Operations, Product Supply, and Demand Planning (40%) by;
- Design and build new functionality and rolls out new tools and functionalities to help optimize utilization;
- Test product enhancements and new functionalities for supply planning and the greater supply chain organization;
- Ensure we are able to meet the set deadlines and deliver a finished product to our customers by planning projects and deriving consensus on the milestones;
- Address any issues that arise during the operational life cycle of the systems and troubleshooting or triages them to the appropriate teams;
- Monitor and support Demand Planning, Supply planning, Deployment as Key User (25%); lead the Planning teams in process optimizations, monitor the use of systems and tools through Key Performance Improvements (KPIs) and dashboards;
- Provide production support, shares best practices, and leads overall process optimization for the end users;
- Act as communication focal point for all system related topics within Product Supply (PS) (10%);
- Manage projects that support annual sales of 3 billion Euros in the US Consumer Care by conducting supply chain risk assessments and statistical safety stock product segmentation;
- Drives Special ad hoc projects;
- Support business reporting and advanced analytics (10%) by using the systems knowledge to drive decisions from data and creates new reports as needed. Examples of tools are: Green Graph, Daily Dashboards, Supply Trackers, MS Excel or other;
- Conduct process redesign and enhancements that promote efficiency and information transparency (10%) by using process mapping to identify inefficiencies and opportunities to improve.

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Must be technology savvy;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelors with 8 years supply chain experience or master’s degree with 4 years supply chain experience;
- Minimum 3 years of SAP Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO) and SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ECC) experience as a techno functional user in Pharmaceutical, Consumer Products, or International Organization for Standardization (ISO) Regulated industry;
- Background and understanding of supply chain management principles such as (but not limited to) Supply planning, Production Planning, Purchasing, Forecasting, and Logistics;
- 5 years SAP ECC Sales and Distribution/Production Planning/Material Management (SD/PP/MM) & APO Production Planning/Detailed Scheduling (PPDS) experience in a techno functional capacity is required. Familiarity with concepts like process chains, background jobs, Core Interface (CIF)/ Integration models, Production Data Structure (PDS)/ Prodcuction Process Models (PPMs) etc;
- High competency with MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint);
- Proficiency with SQL and Tableau desired but not mandatory;
- Proven results with building strong customer relationships and delivering customer centric solutions;
- Able to plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals;
- Able to paint a compelling picture of the vision and strategy of their projects that motivates others to action;
- Strong analytical, organizational, decision making, written and verbal communication and presentation skills to working level as well as executive levels;
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective relationship management with internal & external business partners/customers.
