The primary role of the employee with Admin Operations support is to provide support to the Admin and Facilities functions through reliable data and processes, resourceful application of tools and automation, and responsive coordination. - Communication – written and verbal - Knowledge of productivity tools - MS Office, SharePoint, One Drive, JIRA - Vendor evaluation, negotiation, management - People management
Roles & Responsibilities:
To assist in managing support operations and facilitate functions through reliable data and processes.
- Excellent knowledge of productivity tools- MS Office (particularly Excel), SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.
- Reliable, responsible, and organized
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Comfortable working with data and numbers
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to maintain confidentiality of data
- Quick learner and manages time well
