Job description

He/she diagnoses and analyzes customer issues

He/she takes care of solving customer problems

He/she ensures follow-up with technical teams

He/she is responsible for writing articles in order to enrich the product knowledge database.

More generally, he/she will be responsible for carrying out any missions that may be entrusted to him/her in the course of his duties. These tasks have an evolving nature, on one hand due to the imperatives of adaptation of the company and its needs, on the other hand to the capacities and the deepening of skills
