Due to expansion in the Organisation we are recruiting for the following:
Role of Support Worker (Specific Purpose Contract to cover Maternity Leave) – Ashford, Co. Wicklow for 39 hours per week
Essential Criteria
- QQI / FETAC Level 5 Major Award in relevant discipline (eg health, community, care sector)
Desirable Criteria
- Experience working within the care field
- Experience working within the field of Autism
- Full clean driving licence
Skills/Abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Awareness of Key Worker Role and philosophy surrounding support to people with complex needs
- Programme Planning
- Person Centred Plans
