Job description

• Assist management and underwriters on assigned accounts, managing key processes that serve clients, sureties and internal activities related to these processes
• Support management in marketing and developing new business development initiatives
• Maintain effective and productive relationships with clients and surety company representatives
• Gather information for submissions and perform submissions and execute bonds and related forms
• Process SBA Surety Bond Guarantee Program submissions
• Manage BondPro Agency Management System
• Actively support and monitor renewal process
• Monitor and follow-up on invoice generation, receivables and collections using QuickBooks
• Manage agency licenses
• Address and resolve problems
• Perform duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
