Responsibilities and expectations:

• Provide world-class customer service to improve the center's financial and clinical operations while directing the staff to mirror the goal.
• Coordinate and control all facets of the operating processes.
• Liaison for the Governing Board, all departments, and the Medical staff and reports to the Board on any pertinent activities.
• Ensure that EDGETM is the core of the facility's operational process and integrated with the QPI program.
• Develop the capital budget and maintain control. Negotiate contracts and establish facility pricing for all departments.
• Conduct monthly staff meetings.
• Review performance and handle all issues.
• Create an onboarding and training program.
• Collaborate with the Medical Director and Executive Committee on surgical services.
• Create a sales/marketing plan.
• Create and promote quality improvement as a member of the Quality Improvement Committee.
• Maintain memberships in associations connected to ambulatory surgery.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications needed:

• Bachelors degree.
• Nursing degree is REQUIRED.
• 3+ years experience in an administrative or leadership position in healthcare.
• ASC operations experience is a REQUIREMENT.
• Collaboration skills needed to align with employees, customers and physicians.
• Solid command of the English language; both verbal and written.
