We are looking for a Dental Assistant to join our exclusive client in , Pontiac Trail, West Bloomfield Township, MI 48323, Michigan.

Schedule: Full-Time

M 7:30-6 T 7:30-5 W 6:30-3 Thur- 7:30-5 Friday 7:30-1

Pay: $25/Hr {Work directly for the Dental Office}

What You Do:

• Act as patient advocate, assisting patients who may have concerns.
• Effectively educate patients on the benefits of orthodontic treatment.
• Prepare treatment plans and make financial arrangements per practice guidelines.
• Prepare and present financial options to encourage patients to say “Yes” to comprehensive care option

What You Need:

• Valid license to practice
• Electronic billing and billing knowledge.
• Ability to meet monthly production/collection goals.
• Proficiency in communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with financing such as Care Credit/Lending club and.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining a calm, confident demeanor.
• Ability to review the patient’s clinical history including review of x-rays, notes, and images as needed.
• Ability to interact with staff and patients as a professional and maintain a collaborative approach.
• Flexibility to use technology including computers, internet, spreadsheets, etc for additional administrative.
• Strong knowledge of financial options offered by the practice and how to use them to make care affordable for the patient.

*** Knowledge of Dentrix is a must!

*** Minimum 3 years experience as a Dental Assistant is must! PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT EXPERIENCED in Dental Assistance.

*** Must be experienced in General Dentistry.
