JOB DESCRIPTION

Shipping and Sales Coordinator Responsibilities:

Strengthen and maintain customer relationships providing excellent levels of communication

Communicate with clients and answer any questions or resolve any complaints.

Tracking shipment issues and update daily changes/challenges impacting customer routes

Prepare invoices and delivery notes.

Prepare sales and shipping reports for senior management.

Keep a meticulous record of shipment information.

Reviewing customer purchase order and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.

Making special shipping arrangements as necessary.

Continuous process development for better organization and efficiencies.

Shipping and Sales Coordinator Requirements:

Associate's or bachelor's degree in business management, logistics or another relevant field preferred

Excellent communication skills.

Computer literacy skills including proficiency with excel, powerpoint, word and CRM software

Excellent time management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Collaboration and teamwork abilities “customer focused” positive “can do” attitude and approach in all tasks

Quick critical thinking multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities

Organization and time management skills

Effective communication including writing, speaking and interpersonal communication

Excellent customer service and client relations skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Huntsville, AL 35816: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
