Job description
If you are a Surgical Technologist seeking to improve your work/life balance, the Eye Surgery Center of Wisconsin in Oak Creek has an opportunity for you! As a Surgical Tech in our ambulatory surgery center, you will provide safe and individualized care for patients who are undergoing ophthalmic surgery.
Every day you will
- Function as surgical assistant during operative procedure
- Protect the patient from injury
- Assemble necessary supplies, instrumentation, and equipment specific to the procedure
- Perform decontamination, cleaning, packaging, and sterilization of surgical instrumentation
To thrive in this role, you must have
- Experience in surgical assisting and SPD
- Ophthalmic experience (preferred)
- BLS certification
The compensation is competitive and will depend on the experience and qualifications of the successful candidate.
