This is an entry level position or a great Summer job! Anyone with an aptitude for mechanical systems who likes to work outside is encouraged to apply. No experience needed!

Role and Responsibilities

As an entry level Technician, you will assist and learn about many of the following areas. Your primary duties would be the ongoing chemical and cleaning maintenance of pools and spas, or assisting experienced technicians on more technical projects.

• Diagnostics and troubleshooting for pool and spa equipment issues
• Pool equipment and chemistry automation diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Test/adjust pool and spa water chemistry
• Pool openings and closings
• Installation/replacement of pool and spa equipment
• Pool liner installs
• Spa deliveries, including spa preparation for delivery
• Automatic pool cover installations and adjustments
• Equipment recommendations
• Customer service
• Loading and unloading of service trucks (Must be able to carry 60 lbs.)

Independent responsibilities

• Warehouse duties, including pallet jack use
• Inventory receiving duties
• Forklift operation
• Other duties as needed

Qualifications

Good driving record, Excellent Mechanical Aptitude, Dependable, Presentable to clients, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Premier Pools is a small, family run business that continues to grow year after year. Our service department is responsible for repairing and maintaining residential and commercial swimming pools and spas (hot tubs). Our retail store sells chemicals, cleaners, toys, etc. to our walk-in customers. Our showroom displays all of our products for sale including YETI products, Pool & Spa Chemicals, and Arctic Spas.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
