Role: System Admin

Location: Columbus, OH – Onsite

Duration: Long term

Job Details:

• Image computers

o Always keep an inventory of 3-5 imaged laptops of each type.

• Onboarding/Offboarding

o Will coordinate the purchase, delivery and return of all employee equipment.

o Will properly store all returned items to their designated locations.

• Help desk

o Will serve as first line of assistance for BOP help desk

o Will maintain IT shared mailbox and triage messages

• Retired equipment

o Will remove any hard drives from devices

o Will schedule destruction of hard drives and cell phones

• Computer Updates

o Will maintain software library and computer image task processes in SCCM

o Will push updates out via SCCM

• Systems manager

o Routinely check and maintain the following. Will also serve as the agency liaison for all.

? Group Policy

? Active Directory & MIM (Identity Management)

? Cell Phones

• Apple Business Manager

• Verizon account

? Absolute

• Review at least 1x per month and resolve all issues

? Microsoft Intune

• Review at least 1x per month and resolve all issues

? Tanium/Defender 365

• Promptly investigate and remedy all defender notification emails

• Review at least 1x per month and resolve all issues

? CBTS Phones

• Create new lines, delete old lines

• Ensure names and email match user of phone

• Update contact lists

? Computer network

• Become familiar with our network setup and serve as liaison between our agency and OIT networking team.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $27.00 - $28.00 per hour
