Day In the Life as System Administrator
We are growing our client base and are rapidly expanding! In a typical day, you will work with Sales, Client Success, and Marketing leaders to assess and prioritize system change requests. You will manage and maintain the company’s technology systems, document workflows and business processes between multiple systems:
- Salesforce
- SalesLoft
- Gong
- HubSpot
- Zendesk
- ZoHo
- DocuSign
- QuickBooks
You will be responsible for driving effectiveness and efficiencies through system automations that minimize the number of manual entries and streamline processes that will help generate more revenue and greater client retention.
All The Responsibilities We Will Trust You With (aka Responsibilities)
- Work directly with our leadership team (across sales, marketing, and client success) to define, optimize, document, and maintain the right processes to scale effectively and reduce inefficiencies and downtime
- Maintain and optimize system architecture, workflows, and processes within SureCam’s systems and tools
- Manage our system project setups, rollouts, and integrations with other platforms
- Support team trainings and keep teams informed of updates and improvements
- Serve as subject matter expert for SureCam’s systems operations policies and best practices
- Support data accuracy & hygiene across the SureCam systems operation tech stack including, but not limited to, Salesforce, SalesLoft, HubSpot, Zendesk, ZoHo and Gong
- Optimize marketing workflows & processes in support of Sales & CS productivity
- Manage all technology selection initiatives and develop a process for defining, selecting, and implementing new systems including vendor evaluation and operations requirements
- Build and manage relationships with I/T vendors
- Utilize data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities to drive efficiency and performance
- Ensure reported issues are resolved in a timely manner
What You’ll Bring to The Table (aka Required Qualifications)
- Minimum of 5+ years of systems, operations, project management or similar experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field
- Advanced experience in working with Salesforce, Zapier, and Email Marketing Tools
- Preferred location of Central Time Zone or St. Louis-based
Successful Candidates Demonstrate (aka other desired/successful traits)
- Strong technical working knowledge Zapier and/or other system integration tools
- Excellent communications, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing technology system strategies
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
