IPG Photonics is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our expanding IT team and work in a growing, dynamic, high-tech manufacturing company. As a systems administrator, you will help develop, maintain, and secure our global infrastructure. The ideal candidate is flexible, driven, diligent work that is able to analyze the environment both as a whole and in detail to provide necessary business systems and services to end users.

As a systems administrator, you will help develop, maintain, and secure our global infrastructure. The ideal candidate is flexible, driven, diligent work that is able to analyze the environment both as a whole and in detail to provide necessary business systems and services to end users.
Duties:
- Administer Microsoft Azure, including AD syncing, license management, platform deployment, connectivity, and application interoperability.
- Administer AWS, including license management, platform deployment, and connectivity.
- Administration of MFA and SSO
- Perform system upgrades and maintenance including service packs, hotfixes, and security configurations
- Manages the testing and deployment of Windows Updates to Windows Server operating systems
- Configures, installs, maintains, and performs infrastructure hardware upgrades for server and storage systems
- Assists with day-to-day administration operations of virtual environments including Nutanix and VMware
- Assists with maintaining and administration of Microsoft Exchange on-premise, Exchange Online, and spam filter systems
- Monitors and analyzes infrastructure systems and business applications for advanced notification of potential issues and identifies and recommend proactive resolutions
- Ensures infrastructure systems and applications are maintained to meet the highest levels of security and data integrity
- Select, implement, and support enterprise systems, tools, policies, and procedures
- Produce documentation for existing and new systems and procedures
- Coordinate with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
- Perform installation and migration of systems and services at branch locations
Requirements:
At least an Associates Degree in Computer/IT-related field OR applicable certification, such as: VCP, MCSE, MCT, MCSA, etc…

3+ years of experience with the following:
- Microsoft Azure or equivalent cloud experience and managing Office 365
- Experience with SSO and MFA, specifically Azure AD SSO and MFA
- Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy
- Experience managing Linux environment
- Monitoring experience with SolarWinds or any other monitoring software
- Patching experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Veeam or any other backup software
- Exposure or experience managing DocuSign, Box, MobileIron, and WebEx
- Experience with PowerShell scripting
- Knowledge of networking configurations, installation, and maintenance
- ITIL Framework practices and procedures
- ITSM system management
- Merger and Acquisition experience
- Microsoft Exchange
- Nutanix AHV and Prism
- VMware ESXi and vSphere
- DNS, DHCP, LDAP
- SSL Certificates and Certificate Authorities
