JOB PURPOSE:

To deal the game assigned in accordance with the procedure outlined in the Pala Casino procedure manual.

QUALIFICATIONS: (Include equipment knowledge/use)

• Working knowledge of two or more games preferred.
• Minimum one year dealing experience required or completion of approved dealing school prior to the end of the 90 day probation period.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English to communicate with guests and Team Members.

EDUCATION:

• High School Diploma or GED required

LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to obtain and maintain Pala Gaming License

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Maintain a courteous attitude and pleasant demeanor in all relations with both guests and fellow team members.
• Maintain the level of skills necessary for efficient job performance.
• Readily respond to directions and instructions of the supervisory personnel.
• Insure proper documentation of any presented pit paperwork such as fills, markers, etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS: (*Constantly, Frequently, Occasionally)

• Constantly grasping, using index finger dexterity and wrist motion; standing; using eye/hand coordination; speaking, writing, hearing, and seeing.
• Occasionally walking.
• Occasionally lifting and/or carrying up to 25 lbs.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Work is performed inside in a climate-controlled environment.
• Work with others and alone.
• Moderate noise and smoke levels; some odors.
