We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Coordinator to join the Talent Acquisition Operations team. This position is Hybrid based in our Charlotte office.

YOUR TEAM.

As a part of the team, you will focus on providing support to the firm’s recruiters in our Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence focusing on both Experienced & Campus Recruiting in assigned business lines.

YOUR ROLE.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Spending majority of your time coordinating interviews between the candidate and our interviewing teams. Presently, this is mostly done via Microsoft Teams video meetings.
  • Assisting with coordinating on campus and virtual recruiting events during our campus hire busy season.
  • Assisting Campus recruiters with creating job opportunities and updating job descriptions within our applicant tracking system.
  • Providing additional support as needed such as: sending out candidate assessments, changing candidate status in applicant tracking system, updating offer forms
  • Assisting with special projects as needed

YOUR EXPERIENCE.

The successful candidate will have:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Human Resources or Business-related field OR equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 1-3 years of professional work experience in an interview coordination / staffing coordination role
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, and build, establish, and maintain trust and credibility
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadlines
  • Flexibility, high energy, and a positive attitude
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior involvement in Human Resources related duties
  • Professional services industry or staffing industry experience
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, HR systems, and social media
