Job Description:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is an integral role in supporting the recruiting function and contributes to the overall success of the team by providing a high level of customer service and administrative support as well as a sourcing and prescreening candidates for open positions within Resort Ops and Housekeeping. TA Coordinator will be held accountable for adhering to talent acquisition policies, procedures, key performance indicators (KPI) and recruiting metrics as assigned. Responsible for accurate and consistent usage of all talent acquisition tools and technologies, including SmartRecruiters, ATS. TA Coordinator will be expected to deliver best in class candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

  • Post and manage open positions in SmartRecruiters Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Assess candidate knowledge, skills, and abilities to fill open nonexempt, high-volume and/or supervisor positions
  • Source and pre-screen qualified applicants and schedule interviews for hiring managers
  • Accurately disposition and track candidates timely within ATS
  • Conduct group or individual interviews with clients as needed
  • Promote the Westgate brand throughout the candidate experience
  • Meet strict deadlines and be adaptable to ongoing changes that may occur
  • Organizing, executing and attending hiring events for recruiting and company branding
  • Collaborate with department managers on issues and escalate as appropriate to leadership
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and biweekly follow-ups with clients
  • Maintain daily hiring and recruiting activity reports
  • Collaborate with the Onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition prior to scheduling for orientation
  • Must comply with all CFI policies and procedures
  • Must represent Westgate Resorts in a professional manner through appearance, dress, and professional behavior always
  • Must work diligently to gain knowledge and experience to execute the role to its full potential
  • May perform full-cycle recruiting depending on performance and business needs
  • May conduct sourcing activities within the community to identify and attract a pipeline of candidates for open roles
  • Other duties as assigned by leadership

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual - Spanish
  • 0-2yrs experience supporting recruiters or directly managing resume reviews, prescreening, scheduling candidate interviews
  • Experience conducting formal candidate interviews and assessing talent is highly preferred
  • Previous hospitality industry experience preferred
  • Previous experience with various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) –
  • SmartRecruiters preferred
  • Must be able to work Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm and occasional weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Independent, proactive, and ability to take initiative
  • Proven skills in building relationships with internal and external customers
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Professional demeanor and presence
  • Proven experience managing confidential information
  • Strong self-awareness and ability to receive and accept feedback in an effort to continue personal and professional growth and development
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office required
  • Travel between properties may be required based on home location
