A VISTA team member will be responsible for supporting the capacity of the People Operations team as we expand programs and provide more comprehensive employee services. As a result, open positions will have dedicated staff recruitment support utilizing effective strategies to ensure programs are fully staffed with qualified staff members. Adequate staffing promotes quality service delivery and enables the agency to meet the evolving needs of families experiencing low income throughout the region.
Member Duties : Our employees are the heart of MACAA. They make our programs and services possible! During this period of expansion and growth, we’re adding new programs and services to meet the needs of our community. The goal of the Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator is to recruit and hire passionate, community-focused individuals to join MACAA in employment and volunteer roles, increasing our capacity to serve. This role will utilize an established structured hiring process focused on transparency and fairness to expedite the hiring/placement timeline for vacant positions.
