The Talent Acquisition Director will demonstrate tenure in business, team leadership, and establishing a role in a rapidly expanding environment?

You will be in charge of executing the recruitment strategy as well as forging relationships across the organization. The TA director will also participate in and carry out the annual resource planning process with the HR Head and HR Business Partners.

This person must be based in Ireland and understand the Irish recruitment market.

Requirements

• 5+ years recruitment experience in a fast-paced, dynamic global environment
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and to build productive internal/external working relationships
• In depth knowledge and understanding of rules, regulations, and specifications pertaining to talent acquisition
• Autonomous and highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency
• Pride in delivering an exceptional candidate experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €85,000.00-€110,000.00 per year
