Key responsibilities

• Prioritizing the use of internal talent pools and direct sourcing methods
• Build and develop relationships across the organization and collaborating with the HR community to determine important business requirements
• Presenting the company as a top employer and managing interaction with applicants during the hiring process
• Lead out on graduate programmes as well as meeting with universities and branding agencies to discuss programme planning and brand awareness
• Carrying out offer and approval procedures, making sure that candidates remain engaged up until the start date
• Gain insight and understanding of talent markets in a variety of locations outside of your immediate remit in order to support dynamic hiring as required.

Requirements

• 5+ years recruitment experience in a fast-paced, dynamic global environment
• Knowledge of Workday Recruitment Module
• A strong recruitment background with experience of recruiting for a variety of technical and engineering positions.
• Ability to leverage data to take decisions and optimize the results
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and to build productive internal/external working relationships
• Strong negotiating and consultative skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
• In depth knowledge and understanding of rules, regulations, and specifications pertaining to talent acquisition
• Autonomous and highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency
• Pride in delivering an exceptional candidate experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €55,000.00-€70,000.00 per year
