Talent Acquisition Manager – As a TA Manager your role will be to provide expert advice on best practise recruitment and talent management programs, to be successful in this role you must be passionate about providing a high level of service, have exceptional stakeholder engagement and strong communication skills, be results driven; focused on outcomes and exceeding targets and providing continuous improvements to the business.

About Your New Job

· Managing, supporting, and developing a team of recruitment, sourcing, and contingent workforce specialists

· Provide guidance and advice as a trusted partner adding value through market insights and approach to identifying and engaging and retaining top talent

· Ensure strong commercial outcomes contributing to budgeting, forecasting and P&L Management

What Skills You Need

· Excellent communications, leadership, negotiation and influencing skills

· CIPD Membership + Third level qualification in HR

· 3 years’ experience in a relevant position in a multi team environment
