Talent Acquisition Recruiter - 1 year contract (Dublin or Paris)
We are currently seeking a full-cycle Recruiter (1 year contract) to join either our Dublin or Paris office with focus on the specific recruiting activities at PartnerRe. This role will give you broad exposure to all facets of our business. You will be involved in recruitment across all levels and functions.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the financial services industry.
About the team:
You will be working in an immediate team of 5 and an extended HR team of 35. The position can be based in any of the main offices globally.
Key skills:
- Manage and own full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions globally.
- Partner with local hiring stakeholders to scope talent descriptions, source and identify qualified candidates, screen and support the interview and feedback process, complete the full offer and hiring process in a timely manner
- Continue to keep in touch with talent pools after they start to ensure engagement across the organization, foster referrals and build your network
- Ensure accuracy of systems and adhering to Staffing and HR Operations hiring processes
- Utilize various recruitment tools, events and networking channels to proactively drive talent into the pipeline
- Serve as an ambassador for PartnerRe locally and beyond, as part of a broader Staffing strategy
- Support local team with the staffing program training as needed - interview training, Employee Referral Program Participation
- We are the face of HR and PartnerRe to our internal and external customers so we must ensure an excellent customer service attitude where our customer – both the hiring manager and candidate is at the centre of everything we do and that we assist them in as friendly, supportive, professional and timely manner as possible
- As we commence building out and developing the staffing function becoming part of that growth process volunteering to take part in various projects and suggesting ideas that can benefit and enhance the staffing function to the organisation
- Someone who values developing supportive symbiotic working relationships across all areas the business
- A really good team player; someone who understands the value of team and partners closely with each team member in every location to ensure we are delivering the best possible service to the business and that each team member feels fully supported and included
- The ideal person is passionate about recruitment and sourcing and everything that is involved in this field
- The workload is about 12 open positions on a monthly basis across the globe.
About you:
- Min. 3-5+ years of corporate and/or staffing agency recruitment experience in an international environment
- Good attention to detail and completion of processes
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- A high commitment to customer care ensuring that our key stake holders – the hiring manager and candidate are always central to our work
- Someone who appreciates and understands the value of clear, transparent communication and the need to ensure that this is being maintained with all stakeholders on a weekly basis
- Be looking to develop your role from being a CV producer into a trusted advisor to your hiring manager and the business – this will be achieved by learning about our business and the trends for each role on local markets
- Experience working with an ATS
- As we are in a growing phrase someone who embraces change and enjoys working alongside the rest of the team to support, suggest and lead developments to our processes which enhance our service to the business and ensures that we are at the cutting edge of market trends and developments within staffing
